SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed within 1-3 days, if it is a custom made order please allow up to 2 weeks.

All shipping is through the courier service, and are tracked

Shipping Rates applied at check out.

Some items such as lamps and hands may not be able to be sent to all countries due to cost due to weight.

Parcels are tracked and you will receive an email with tracking link after parcel is dispatched.

Please be aware I will not be responsible for lost parcels. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

No returns on change of mind, returns are made in accordance with the consumer guarantee act.

No returns on custom orders unless faulty.

At my discretion I may allow an exchange or store credit.
